PRODUCTION WHILE CUSTOMERS WATCH Carpigiani has chosen SIGEP (17-21 January 2015, Rimini Fiera), the international exhibition for the artisan production of gelato, pastry, confectionery, and bakery, to present the new concept of artisanal gelato production space with IdeaTre, and to launch Mr Art.
