Our Customer Quality Service provides support with Carpigiani professional equipment used in ice cream parlors, pastry shops, confectioners’, bars, etc. The Technical Service Team is based at our headquarters and is supported in the various distribution areas by our technical partners (dealers and service companies), who provide emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance. Its purpose is to provide rapid, real-time telephone assistance to resolve technical issues and to improve the production capacities of the gelato shop or production operation.
