Q: Can I buy spare parts directly from you?

A: No. Also in this case the service is provided by our distributors; in this way you can have a quicker and constant assistance.

A: Carpigiani organizes courses for ice cream makers with famous ice cream experts. By attending these courses you will improve your practical and theoretical skills.

Q: How do I know where and when a course is going to take place?

A: Just take a look at the "Courses" section; this section is always updated and it will show you the places and dates of the courses. If you want to attend a course you have to contact the distributor (or subsidiary quarter) that has organized the course.

Q: In my country there are no courses. What can I do?

A: In each product page you will find a text (download): click it and download the brochure on your pc in pdf format.

Q: I cannot read the pdf format of file, what can I do?

A: Pdf file is the most secure and popular kind of file in Internet, you need Acrobat Reader to open it. Nowadays every computer should have it installed in the operating system. If you cannot open the pdf file you must download the program, it is a freeware.

Q: I takes me a long time to download the depliant. Why?

A: Each depliant has a medium/high quality (in order to have a good printing) so it can have a big file size. If you have a slow connection to Internet (56k/s modem or below) it takes some minutes to download the file.

Q: How do I know how long I will have to wait for the full download?

A: In each product page we have put the size of the file (e.g. 1,5 mb). To download 1 mega you will need approximately:

10 - 20 minutes for a modem below 56 k/s
5 - 10 minutes for a 56 k/s modem (common modem)
2 minutes for a ISDN common modem
30 seconds for a common ADSL connection
10 seconds for a fast ADSL connection
1 second for a Cable connection

Q: I have downloaded the file but I cannot see it on my computer?

A: You have to save the pdf file on your pc. For doing that you can:
1) Open the file (automatically with Acrobat Reader), click the "File" button (left top of the window), select "Save As" and choose a folder of destination on your pc.
2) Right mouse click on the sign "download pdf" and "Save as", then you have to choose a folder on you computer.

Q: I have a very old pc with a very slow connection. What can I do?

A: No problem: in each product page you can find all information written on the full brochure; just click the buttons on the left hand side of the machine.

Q: I need advertising materials, can I ask Carpigiani?

A: No. We provide this material only to our distributors; they will be happy to sell it at a very low price (T-Shirt, pens, key-rings etc.).

Q: Can I use images, brochures or any other materials from your website for a commercial purpose?

A: All materials in our website are protected by copyright. If you want to use them, click on WEBCOM logo and contact our web department.

Q: I have had problems in visualizing your website. Why?

A: In our website there are some Flash 6 animations and not all computers can see them. You need to install an upgrade of Macromedia Flash Player 6 (it starts automatically, just press "ok" or visit Macromedia website).
If you use a computer located in a company network, it will probably not be possible to download and install that plug-in: it is not a problem, only you will not be able to see the animations.

Q: I have other problems to visualize your site. Why?
