The LABO Xpe features variable freezing programs for the production of:
- ice cream, with a lower freezing temperature to produce gelato with a thicker consistency and a firmer body.
- fruit sorbets, with a higher freezing temperature for more delicate sorbets.
- fruit slush, with a specific program to ensure homogenous crystallization of the slush mixture.
Once the product is ready, the machine alerts the operator by means of an acoustic and visual signal.
Extraction is quick and simple thanks to the wide ejection port and the beater, which pushes the product out of the port while rotating at high speed.
