Gelateria Carpigiani, a modern glass cube where Gelato is prepared non-stop and in front of the eyes of the consumer. This structure represents the most modern research and experimentation parlour around, where the use of the highest quality raw materials and Carpigiani’s most innovative machines, as well as the knowledge of Carpigiani Gelato University Masters are all key to its success. Alongside the historic Via Emilia, between Lavino di Mezzo and Anzola dell’Emilia (Bologna), Gelateria Carpigiani is open 7 days a week and offers 13 carefully selected flavors of Artisan Italian Gelato. Gelateria Carpigiani also offers cakes and semi-frozen desserts, coffee creams, granitas and a wide range of chocolate pralines and hot chocolate.
Prompted by its early success, Gelateria Carpigiani also decided to create various lunch menus, becoming a “must” for lovers of fresh cuisine. It’s now possible to order green salads, cold pasta, soups, tomato and mozzarella, croissant sandwiches, roast-beef, fruit salads….everything to be topped off with gelato. At the Gelateria Carpigiani, in fact, traditional recipes combine perfectly with the “good, fresh and natural” taste of Italian Artisan Gelato.
