CARPIGIANI AND ITS DISTRIBUTOR EPC AT MEXIPAN, MEXICO CITY

Mexipan, this bi-annual exhibition that has reached its 12th appearance, registered 30.000 visitors during the past edition and it is expecting a 15% increase for the current one.

Carpigiani will present a wide selection of equipment for the production of artisan gelato, soft gelato and pastry. The talented gelato Maestro Francisco Sant'Ana, of Carpigiani Gelato University, will conduct several live demonstrations. Francisco's creations are very innovative like the Mango TexMex, the Choccolate Tonka and Vanilla Papantla from Veracruz.

Carpigiani continues its R&D investments to introduce innovative equipments and, thanks to Carpigiani Gelato University, demonstrates innovative products appealing for countries that are seeking new ideas and that are growing at a fast pace.
