Equipotel is one of the biggest trade fairs in Latin America for the hospitality and food industry and it is constantly growing. The 2011 edition was visited by 48,474 qualified professionals, of which 29.7% were visitors from 26 other countries. Carpigiani will be presenting Italian artisan gelato at Equiphotel thanks to a miniature production lab in our stand. It will be furnished with our state of the art machines: Labotronic 20 60, Pastomaster 60, Turbomix 10 and Nordika 100. In the lab, Carpigiani Gelato University Maestro Frederico Samora will demonstrate the production techniques of world-renown Italian gelato and of delicious sorbets made with Brazilian fruit.

Within our stand, we will also be exhibiting the most advanced European technology for soft serve gelato: EVD3 and Softybar.

There is a lot of anticipation for the presentation of the Pastochef: the only machine in the South American market with which it is possible to create various typical products, both savory and sweet.
