From May 21 to 23, the 9th edition of the Canary Islands GastroCanarias gastronomic fair will be held at the Recinto Ferial de Tenerife, a meeting point for professionals in the Gastronomy, Hotel and Foodservice sectors.

Carpigiani will be present at the stand of our distributor Clifrican, where you can discover a wide range of machines and technologies for artisan gelato, soft serve and pastry, such as the Labo 8 12 XPL P, Ready 8 12, Ready 14 20, 161 T G SP, Labotronic 15 60 HE-H, Turbomix 10 and Pastomaster 60 XPL P.

Also, our Corporate Chef Diletta Poggiali will be present, who will prepare special flavours for this occasion, from the most traditional to the gastronomic ones.
