Mister Art can produce gelato and sorbets, create Crystal for filling large cake molds and narrow stick gelato molds, as well as gelato pastries like single portions of gelato and spumoni, and fresh pastries like mousses and Bavarian creams. 


A gear pump patented by Carpigiani ensures the best structure and control of overrun. Mister Art's tank, motor, and cylinder continuously produce the product you want. 


Mister Art's door is designed for the application of terminals to facilitate filling: 2 for gelato pastries,  2 for fresh pastries, 1 hose with a Crystal portioning pistol.
