The first project created by Soft Serve Consulting for Host 2019.

Creative Idea/Food Design/Food Styling: Xmatcha takes the colors of Christmas and transports them in a delicious soft cone designed to maintain a low sugar count and with healthy ingredients such as matcha tea for the mix and dehydrated raspberries for decorations. Created in collaboration with the Future Food Institute, the international network that makes food innovation a key tool to face the great challenges of the future.
