From Wednesday 17th April to Friday 19th April, 2019, Carpigiani will be at Fabex's 2019 Dessert Sweets & Bakery Festival in Tokyo at the Tokyo Big Sight.

Fabex - the Food and Beverage Great Expo - is one of the largest trade fairs in Japan covering the entire range of commercial foods and food products, equipment and materials, and containers and packaging.

Carpigiani Gelato University instructor Ryosuke Mogaki will be doing live demos on gelato making with the newest machines. Moreover, on Thursday 18 April, from 1.15 pm, new seasonal projects will be presented at the Assiette Dessert Contest Hall. Among these, the next course of pastry chef Fabrizio Fiorani and the Japanese final of the Gelato World Tour.
