Carpigiani is event partner of the Federazione Italiana Cuochi (Italian Federation of Chefs) for the 7th edition of the ‘Italian Culinary Championships’, to be held at "Beer&Food Attraction" from February 19 to 22 in Rimini. The most important and comprehensive national culinary competition, recognized by the Worldchefs circuit, will also host the European selections of the "Global Chefs Challenge", valid for the world final to be held in Singapore in 2024.

Carpigiani's technology for the foodservice world has been chosen to allow the inclusion of traditional Italian gelato within the dishes of the competing chefs. Another add-om to the Made in Italy culinary arts. Good luck to all the competing chefs and teams!
