Carpigiani will be with its Polish distributor Primulator Polska at Expo Sweet, the largest exhibition in Poland for confectionery, pastry, and ice cream industries.

New technologies and solutions for gelato, ice cream, and pastry will welcome all visitors from the 23rd to the 26th of February at the Centrum Expo XI in Warsaw, hall 1 booth 4.

During the exhibition, pastry and bakery magazine Przeglad Piekarski i Cukierniczy will present the Industry Personality of the Year, an award to professionals and institutions that are contributing to the confectionery, bakery, and ice cream world. This year, Carpigiani Gelato University gelato Maestro Luciano Ferrari will be one of the candidates for the prize.

The ceremony will take place on February 24 at 12.00 pm at Przeglad Piekarski i Cukierniczy at hall 4, stand 29.
