Booths from 347 to 350 - Recinto Ferial de Santa Cruz de Tenerife – From May 23rd to 25th

From May 23rd to 25th, Carpigiani will be in Tenerife to take part in the eighth edition of the Salón Gastronómico de Canarias, the most important trade fair for the Gastronomy, Hospitality and Catering sector in the Canary Islands, where it will be possible to appreciate the latest trends and products related to bars, cafes, restaurants and hotels. 

In collaboration with official distributor Clifrican SLU, Carpigiani could not fail to be present! At this important event, visitors will have the opportunity to experience Carpigiani's latest technological innovations in terms of the production of Artisanal Gelato, Pastry, Soft Serve and Foodservice Gelato, the whole in the company of Pastry Chef and Carpigiani Gelato University Maestro Andrea De Bellis, with whom themed culinary demos are scheduled.

May 23rd, the opening day of the event, will also see the staging of the second Spanish leg of the Gelato Festival World Masters international tour for 2022-2025, the world championship that selects the best gelato makers from all over the 5 continents, in a 4-year journey that began in October 2022.

The whole program will be concentrated in booths 347 to 350.
