Carpigiani is ready to surprise you at Gelatissimo, from 15 to 19 February in Stuttgart, the most important fair in central and northern Europe dedicated to gelato, at Hall 10, booth 10D40.
On display Ready Chef, the new counter-top machine ideal for pastry and foodservice, and the pasteurizers and batch freezers of the Adaptive Technology line.
Carpigiani Gelato University instructors Günter Single and Adriano Colle will entertain visitors with demos on gelato and gelato pastry.
Following a successful Gelatissimo 2018, the trade fair is getting ready for round six. Gelatieri, ice-cream parlour owners and café managers will be presenting the latest gelato trends in the newly inaugurated Paul Horn Hall (Hall 10) at Messe Stuttgart.
