Messe Stuttgart, 3-7 February Pav. 10 – Booth D40

Carpigiani among the protagonists of the next edition of Gelatissimo 2024 scheduled in Stuttgart from February 3 to 7, 2024. The big news of this edition will be the gelato masterclasses with Günter Single, lecturer at Carpigiani Gelato University.  Each day will be dedicated to a trend such as vegan, dairy free or gourmet ice cream. 
As for technology, ample space will be given to energy saving with models of the HE - High Efficiency line that allow electricity savings of up to 30 percent compared to RTX models with the same production volume. Also on display will be Synthesis 1, the newest addition to the range of modular visible batch freezing systems. It is an elegant, complete station for incorporating fresh ice cream into any food retail format. 
For pastry and catering, there will be countertop machines from the Ready line and the new multifunctional machine Lab-O-Chef 5, an elegant countertop solution with endless customizable programs designed to become the ideal ally of pastry chefs, chefs and pastry chefs can use it to go from creams, jams, ice cream to bechamel and other hot and cold preparations with consistent results over time.
