Gelato University will be back to South Africa for a special, free, two-day seminar on artisan gelato.
On May 14th and 15th, at the renowned FBI Chef School in Johannesburg, our new instructor Roberto Segalla along with special guest senior instructor Gianpaolo Valli will unveil the secrets to prepare the real Italian artisanal gelato.
The first day of course will focus on business profitability, ingredients and production cycle. The second day will be dedicated to recipe balancing, gelato making and much more.
