The new Japanese project of Foodservice Professionals, specialty school of Gelato University dedicated to gastronomic gelato in catering, saw its first class September 26th at the Carpigiani Japan headquarters.
Instructors Gianpaolo Valli and Ryosuke Mogaki showed several possibilities of insertion of gelato in a restaurant menu.
