Fior di Latte Gelato with Freeze&Go

Ingredients:

220 g Milk

100 g Cream

80 g Sugar

 

Instructions:

1. Bring the milk to boiling.

2. Stir sugar into hot milk.

3. Cool the mixture in a bain-marie. Add cream.

4. Freeze the mixture with Freeze&Go.
