A great passion for design and fashion that resonates in wonderful pastry creations full of color and harmony. Loretta Fanella, one of the most popular Italian pastry chefs on the international scene, wanted to be a fashion stylist, but her life led her to the best kitchens in the world alongside chefs like Ferran Adrià and Carlo Cracco just to name a few. On April 21st at 9.00 am CET Fanella will be the protagonist of a new online Masterclass designed by Carpigiani Gelato University, the international school for gelato entrepreneurs with 20 campuses in 19 countries around the world. The training event aims to provide new elements for the inclusion of gelatos and sorbets in the dessert menu for restaurants, bistros and hotels and is therefore ideal for an audience of foodservice and pastry professionals.
