265 g Milk
85 g Sugar
25 g Egg Yolks
25 g Cocoa
1. Bring the milk to boiling.
2. Mix cocoa powder and 50g of sugar.
3. Mix egg yolks and remaining sugar, then stir into the boiled milk.
4. Stir the dry cocoa and sugar mixture into the hot milk.
5. Cool in a bain-marie.
6. Freeze the mixture with Freeze&Go.
